The Care Taker of The Void [Champion Idea]

Now I'm still developing the idea for this character, suggestions highly welcome. My main goal here is to create a healing/control magey (because there's totally not enough control mages Kappa) support champion from the void based around the idea of connecting to walls (wow original I know) and allies (kinda like IO if any of you play dota (inb4 dota hate)). I'm thinking something close to Nami in playstyle. I have no lore for this character yet but I would like them to be somewhat ambiguous in form and gender, like the little zz'rot babies we love so much. But I wouldn't like them to be a simple mass of purple life. If you can sketch up any ideas I'll be sure to try and get them on this discussion. Another note I'd like to add, I imagine this character as someone who fixes wholes or tears in the void world, a kind of contruction worker almost. Anyways on to suggested ability ideas. One issue I'm having trouble with is how this character is a control mage. I'm overly ambitious on the idea and I believe I'm starting to overload the kit. Scraps of the void in my head is a kind of putty that the character tosses out and forms into a desired object. Wall, puddle, etc. However on a character designed as a healing support this seems to be a severe case of Azir syndrome of simply having too much of both worlds.

No names for these yet Passive: Every void character needs an on hit Attacks on enemy units give you a scrap of the void and applies damage over (3? 5?) seconds at (3/9/18?) per second Does not stack, can only gain another instance after the duration of the first attack.

Notes: I feel like this will open up other play styles for this champion, such as an attack speed on hit top laner/mid laner or adc if you're one of those guys. Another reason I think I'm starting to create an overbearing character. I'm still debating on what damage type this should be. I feel like 3/9/18 needs to be expanded upon/buffed. I either want scraps of the void to be an enhanced ability buff or what makes this character a control mage, such as tossing the scrap onto the ground and creating a slow zone or a wall. Please give ideas on the buff/putty thoughts.

First Ability: [Amerliorating Cement? Amerliorating definition http://www.dictionary.com/browse/ameliorate ] Generic single target heal. Mend allied champions wounds, healing for [X] instantly and adding 2/4/6/8/10 health regen for 4 seconds

Notes: Worried on how over powered this could be. I don't intend it to be spammable, so maybe increase the rate of healing. I imagine the effect to look sort of like soraka's w particle but as a spinning line around the buffed ally. I'd like to avoid making the health regen based on max allied health to avoid an even worse tank meta. Definitely not a self cast.

Second Ability: I'll leave this one up to you

Notes: I think this should be the control ability, tossing the scraps of void around the battle to disrupt enemies.

Third Ability: Champion forms into the ground (similar to vlad) stretching themselves but becoming immobile (wider hitbox? only hit by ground based abilities? such as yasuo third q, or abilities that have an animation of going down, like garen q, irelia stun, zac jump). Causes allies to gain a burst of movespeed, but only in targeted direction. If too many allies go in the opposite direction champion is ripped from the ground/torn losing a portion of health (small enough not to kill, but definitely something. and receives a minor slow while they mend themselves. (Apply q to allies but halved? This seems to be a good idea to me as to reinforce them being a healer)

Notes: This is an ability I'm more confident about. I'm not sure how to go around the hitbox issue and how big the aoe should be. Should it be rectangular, circular? Being damaged concerns me, should it be any damaging abilities, should it be only ground based. I know that if character is damaged they are torn and receive the negative of this ability. I imagine the animation looking like a treadmill, as the champion is literally turning themselves into one.

Ultimate: Give ideas, but here's mine. Champion gains the ability to choose an option. Becoming a thin membrane that stretches between walls (not very large, big enough to cover river entrances in the jungle or larger) with increased health but reduced armor/magic resist. Wall applies shield to allies and slows enemies (hitbox on the walls?) after X damage taken (health taken from using ultimate? Loss of stats should probably stay for X duration after being damaged), be torn from walls.

Choose to become a solid mass of void crystal, increased armor and magic resist and gain a health bar similar to ward health. After taking X instances of damage crumble. (What should crumbling do? I'm thinking something similar to zac passive, which is where I imagine the increased armor and magic resist comes in)

Become (something close to the consistency of non-newtonian fluid with a name relating to the void, I imagine rivers of this stuff.) Dropping chunks of your self. Each chunk takes X% of max or current health but slows enemies upon contact. Being attacked reduces enemy attack speed.

Notes: I imagine this could be insanely over powered, as this champ can adapt to a lot of situations post 6, but I try to draw it back by making it a sort of self sacrifice ability. I imagine this to be the lore ability. A void caretaker should be a sentient thought of the void, finding where it's broken. I imagine this is either one creature that pops up from time to time, or it's own race of void creature, with many out there. Lore wise I imagine this ability is described as the creature(s) creating pathways to the portals allowing void creatures into Runeterra.

Closing Notes: I highly request other ideas for this champion. I'm unsure on whether this is a ranged support or a melee support. I'm for ranged because a healer should be backline/midline in a battle in a spot where they can use their abilities/autos to assist. But this can create a lot of problems for the few people who fight this character on an out of meta playstyle, like I recommended adc for those who just want to mess around with a champ that has a scaling for it/just looks funny doing it. Raka I'm looking at you. I'm afraid I've created something with simply too many variables and is too hard to explain (looking at you ult) On one hand I noticed the ult mostly punishes you for building health, but also required you build tank stats to avoid killing yourself. As of writing this it is late, so I'm having trouble thinking of solutions.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Recommendations accepted heavily. If someone could create a tl;dr I would be highly grateful.
