Make League of Legends Great Again (It's good, but just some suggestions)

So, one thing that Riot has a lot of is skins. Every few days a few skins and champions go on sale, always only RP, and I think it'd be amazing if there was some sort of way of the IP going on sale as well.

Champions would just go on sale for half the IP Price:

6300 - 3150 IP 3150 - 1575 IP You get my point.

Skins, However, Would be different. What if skins went somewhat like this:

520 RP - 5200 IP 750 RP - 7500 IP This is just an example, but I think there should be some sort of add-on cost of IP if it were a legacy skin, and Legendary + Ultimate + Hextech skins could not go on sale for IP, only 520-1350 RP skins could go on sale for IP.

I also feel like there should be some sort of reward for logging on every day for a couple days in a row. For example, logging on for five days in a row grants you a key fragment, and logging on for 10 days in a row would result in like 500 free IP or 200 free RP or some sort of reward that would make there be some sort of reason to log on every day, other than just playing for fun and for your LP/Rank.

Skin Concepts

Riot has lots of skins, and lots of skins being made and in different stages of completion.

Some of these skins have already been hypothesized/there are concepts for, but here are some skin ideas for some champions.

Aurelion Sol:

Some sort of Dark Star/ Guardian of the Sands skin

Q: Black hole/ Sun

W/P: Blue Stars/ Spheres of Sand

E: Black Particles/Sand particles

R: Jet of Stardust/ Dust and Sand Tornado

In Game: Black body with different color stars, head has mask with white eyes, tail still ghostlike but with stars

Project Talon:

W: Orange disc shaped objects fling out and begin to glow, and as they come back towards him the orange fades away to a greyish black hue.

E: Orange on suit glows bright as he jumps over wall, begins to fade away to normal color when landing, with sparks appearing where Talon landed.

R: Same orange discs appear in a circle, and as they go towards a target they turn red
