Name: George (random, just for context) Melee or Ranged: Melee Champion Passive 1: George's abilities and auto attacks apply Grievous Wounds for 1 second. This effect cannot apply for 5 seconds after the effect dissipates. Champion Passive 2: Any Bonus Armor and Bonus Magic Resist George gains does not apply to Armor and Magic Resist, and instead applies to Bonus Attack Damage and Bonus Ability Power (but he can still build Health). Q Passive: George powers up his chainsaw. If George auto attacks a target with a Stun, Slow, or Snare, his auto attacks apply a bleed effect for 5 seconds. Q Active: George revs his chainsaw and slashes it at a target. If the target is protected by a shield or Invulnerability, the shield or Invulnerability is removed and the target is Stunned for 1 second. The shield break and stun do not apply to shields or Invulnerabilities created by Champion Passives, but if a Champion has more than 1 shield applied on themself all shields on them break and the stun will apply like normal (not Invulnerabilities though, so Kled and Skaarl are safe; meanwhile, Malphite is also safe unless he applies another shield to himself on top of his Passive). W Passive: None W Active: George launches himself forward and smashes the ground where he lands. Opponent units surrounding George are slowed, and George has a quickly decaying slow. E Passive: George saves blood from his enemies in a flask on his hip. Auto attacking opponents who have recently taken damage from an attack or ability applies a charge on this ability (5 maximum). E Active: George douses himself in the liquid in his flask, reinvigorating his spirit. When activating this ability, George uses all charges on this ability and heals for 3 seconds (the amount healed depends on his charges), and gains some Attack Speed, Ability Power, and Attack Damage for this duration. R Passive: None R Active: George goes into a bloodthirsty frenzy. All Champions standing in front of George take some damage per second while he is running at an enemy Champion (ally champions take less damage from this). During this duration, George's abilities have a massively reduced cooldown and targeted CC has a reduced duration on him.
