[Champion Concept] Hecate, the Fel Sorceress
Intended to be a true pet master, although not reliant on her pet to be effective.
Ranged AP/AD Caster 600 range (the range Cerberus will attack her attack target) Wields a whip or felfire magic, the whip being put away while Cerberus is not active.
Passive: Guard Dog Cerberus
Cerberus is a pet summoned by Hecate anytime she returns to the summoner platform or after 150/120/90/60 seconds of being dead (at levels 1/6/11/16) (based on ultimate toggle). Cerberus will perform basic attacks in Hecate's place, but Hecate's skills change while Cerberus is dead. When not attacking, Cerberus will stand halfway between her and the nearest enemy champion within 1200 units (even if the nearest enemy champion is not visible) or will walk 450 units in front of her if no enemy champion is nearby. Any damage Cerberus takes is also taken by Hecate.
Cerberus has the following stats...
30/40/50/60% of Hecate's total Health 100% of Hecate's total AD/attack speed 100/115/130/145% Armor 100/115/130/145% Resist 150 attack range Cerberus' attacks apply on-hit effects. (A given since he replaces her basic attack.)
Added shared damage so that it's a single health bar that's not immediately refreshed and still offers a means to damage Hecate when Cerberus is up. It is also intended as a show of how deeply bonded they are.
Q: Command: Demon's Bite/Demonic Bile Cerberus bites his current target (empowered attack reset) for 100% of his AD. This deals 1% more damage for each 1% of missing health the target has (damage capped against monsters). If Cerberus is not available to attack, the target is hit with a glob of acid that splashes to nearby enemies, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 + 2/3/4/5/6% (+2% per 100 AP) of current health in magic damage over 3 seconds. Minions damaged by this effect when under 10% of maximum health are executed.
W: Command: Hellfire Breath/Hellfire Eruption Cerberus breathes fire in a 400 range cone from all 3 of his heads, dealing 75/105/145/195/250 (+70% Hecate's bonus AD) physical damage (instant cast/effect). If Cerberus is not available, Hecate marks a target. After 2 seconds, the mark erupts dealing 75/105/145/195/250 (+70% Hecate's total AP) Magic Damage to the target and marking all enemies within 300 range. Enemies damaged by the mark cannot be damaged again for 6 seconds.
E: Command: Maul/Cauterizing Embers Cerberus leaps to the attack target and lands between the target and Hecate, giving a crippling bite to the target and 2 others within his attack range. All targets take (120% total AD) physical damage and have their movement slowed 30% for 3 seconds. Cerberus may continue to attack any of those targets for the next 3 seconds even if he is outside of Hecate's normal attack range. If Cerberus is not available, Hecate burns the target for 3 seconds, disabling the target from receiving shield effects and applying Grievous Wounds for the duration.
R: Gates of Hell (Toggle available at level 1) Toggle On: Cerberus is summoned as soon as possible while Hecate is out of combat. If Cerberus is dead when Hecate is attacked while under 40% health, Cerberus is immediately summoned with health equal to Hecate's current health and Hecate cannot be damaged by any damage Cerberus takes for 6 seconds. Cerberus cannot be summoned this way again for 2 minutes. Shows as a debuff on Hecate Toggle Off: Cerberus withdraws and will not be summoned automatically. This includes the near death summoning while the Toggle is active. Active: Cerberus is restored to full health or summoned immediately with 100% health if dead. For the next 10 seconds, Hecate's spells are empowered as if Cerberus is dead and Cerberus has 2.5 attack speed and his basic attacks slow his target's movement by 20/30/40%.
The toggle is intended as a control mechanism for whether you want Cerberus up or not. The active is basically summoning a frenzied Cerberus who is purely for attacking the target and Hecate cannot give Cerberus special attack commands due to being frenzied.
What do you guys think? A solid pet champion or needs some work? (Numbers may need adjusting, obviously.)
