New Champions Idea

Name - Revaan, The Phantom of Ionia Lore - Riot your creative, you can do it Passive (True Phantom) - When leaving a brush, gain stealth for 0.5 - 1 second (depending on level) Q (Phantom Rush) - Revaan dashes forward damaging all enemies caught in dash W (Reaper's Stealth) - Gain stealth for 3 seconds, and when Revaan comes out of stealth gain a 100 - 200 health shield E (Phantom Strikes) - Passive - When Revaan strikes a target he leaves a slash mark where he last attacked and can have up to 10 marks. Active - He sends all his marks forward that damage all enemies hit by it but stops at the first enemy champion hit. R (Darkness of Ionia) Revaan sends out a dark bolt of energy that stops at the first champion hit automatically making 5 marks stick to the target.

He is an AD champion and if Riot reads this and takes this champ design into consideration you may decide damage ratios for him and you may tweak whatever you think needs to changed.
