Petition For Alex Mercer Talon

Seriously Riot, aside from the SSW skin, which doesn't count for the "when was his last skin" thing, Talon's went slightly 4 years without getting a new skin, and giving him a skin isn't going to make him less balanced(like GIVING HIM A SILENCE). And don't tell me that an Alex Mercer Talon would be copyright infringement; Shockblade Zed is basically Storm Shadow, Rengar and Kha'zix is literally Alien VS Predator, and Talon himself is more or less purple Altair. Rito pls, give Talon some love...
