Proof of Concept: Twitch Rework (AKA: entirely new champion with the same lore)
#Twitch, the plague rat
Passive: “...GIANT FREAKING RAT IN A WAISTCOAT!”
whenever twitch breaks stealth, all nearby non-epic minions and monsters suffer Fear/Terror. whenever twitch attacks a non-epic minion or monster, that target suffers Fear/Terror. No target may be effected by this effect more than once per 10 seconds. Duration scales from 1 sec to 3 sec, with level.
Q: Sneaky Sneaky ...
over 1 seconds, Twitch fades into stealth. If he takes damage during that time the ability will be canceled and put on a 3 second cooldown. While stealthed, Twitch gains increased movement speed. MS boost and CD scale with level. Cooldown resets with kills and assists.
W: Walking Contaminate
Passive—on hit, twitch's attacks and damaging skills apply a stack of Deadly Venom to their target (max 6). deadly venom deals true damage over time. Active—Twitch releases a vile blast of diseases. All targets effected by Deadly venom take physical damage, and are have their vision radius reduced to 200units. (damage and duration scaling with number of stacks)
E: Sewer Skewers
reset twitch's basic attack timer. Twitch's next attack deals bonus physical damage, and penetrates his target, striking all those in a line X long (each successive target takes reduced damage). In addition to damage, all targets struck suffer Deadly Venom, and have both their movement and attack speeds slowed.
R: Horrific Plague / The Cure
Skill shot. Range 600. effects first target struck. Twitch infects his target with a deadly and contagious plague. Over 8 seconds the target takes physical damage based on their missing health. Any champion or minion allied to the victim which moves within 250 units of the first will also contract the disease for its remaining duration. Victims infected by the first do not spread the plague further, and take damage based on their own missing health. At the end of the 8 second duration, all effected targets take flat damage based on the number of victims afflicted.
