Old Versions of League [available through Steam] that would let users LAN Party w/ each other

I'd say for a lot of users, the good days are back when they started league. Whether that was S6 or S2 or etc, some users haven't had the chance to play most of the broken champs in their glory days. I think league could gross more if they had a client that would let groups of users [through LAN or via Online] and they could vs each other in whatever major update they wanted, say each 0.1 update. I believe this could help users get a feel for how the game has progressed and let them play some of the old broken shit they love. I suggest LAN parties, so league would not have to worry about hosting sessions -- or so users can have a more steady ping. Skins would transfer over. Plus league could offer a skin pack to unlock them instead, given they wouldn't transfer over to the current game. If this were to become successful, I'd only want 1-2% of proceeds from net :)
