Petition to add the new Arcade skins icons to Arcade Riven's pick your hero bar in the splash

pls the new Arcaders are not in the hero select bar at the bottom of the splash. (BTW this is my third time making this, first was Gameplay, then riot said to put in Story,Art and Sound, now it's in Concepts... Rito pls)
