Assassin Tank. OP? I think not!!

Hello everyone, my name is The Prophet Of Gaming and I have an idea for an assassin tank. I know that this sounds crazy overpowered and completely insane, but please, read on.

Primary: Assassin Secondary: Tank

Backstory: I can’t really recall where I was created. All I know was I was being wheeled out of a mansion that was burning to the ground by a man in a white coat that was on fire. He wheeled me to a lake and he jumped in to extinguish the remains of his coat.

I guess this man could have been called my ‘father’, especially since he called me his ‘son’. However, he also called me ‘his creation’.

After a day of walking, my master collapsed beside me. I picked him up and carried him in my massive arms. While he was being carried, I asked him about my creation. He told me that he created me because the town was being raided by bandits almost weekly, and the police and the heroes from the league in this town were useless, only protecting the people in the town (he lived outside the main part of the town).

Once my master was walking again, I asked how I was powered, because I could just keep going, only stopping for my master. He said that I was powered from an ancient mechanism, discovered by him at the dungeon of his basement when he was creating another underground floor. I asked him how it worked, but he said that he didn’t quite know, but it could be used approximately 5 times before it had to recharge, however, unlike most batteries, this one could be recharged infinitely. “It’s magical, and so powerful that I’m not going to question and investigate why it works.” He told me, sounding slightly nervous.

Once we reached the town, my master booked a room in the hotel. He didn’t even sound that surprised that his house had burnt down and he had nearly died in the process, just excited that his creation was working. As my master lay on the bed, he gave me a list of things to buy at a ‘shopping mall’ and some ‘currency’. As I walked around the town, I was given strange looks by the townspeople. I guess they weren’t used to seeing a massive metallic machine walking around the town.

After finally purchasing everything my ‘father’ asked me to buy him, I returned to the hotel to see a smashed door and a dead doorman, a fist-sized hole right where his heart should have been. I ran up to the room my ‘father’ rented and found him dead on the bed.

I can’t really describe what I felt then. I felt exceedingly ‘angry’ (I think that’s what it was called), and then I saw it on what was left of the door, a single strand of bright red hair. I’d heard of these people called ‘assassins’, who kill for money, but never thought I’d encounter one.

I asked around the town, asking anyone who had seen anyone with this color of hair, but noone would talk to me. Noone, until I met this little yordle with a massive hammer, who went by the name of ‘Poppy’. When I told her my story, she said that they were all looking for people of that description, and then she told me about the league, and all the amazing things that they accomplish.

Afterwards, I thanked poppy for her time, and asked the league to join.

And we’ll see what happens from there.

ABILITIES

Passive: Power Core This hero doesn't have mana, instead, he has core charges. You have 5 core charges and you recharge a core every 2 seconds. Using one ability uses one core charge. Your abilities all have charges (like smite summoner 11 , with having a number of maximum charges and then a cooldown). The recharge rate of the core is unaffected by Cooldown Reduction, as well as your abilities cooldowns are also unaffected by it. However, the charge rates for your abilities are affected by cooldown reduction.

Q: Electric Strike Ability Charge Rate: 19 seconds (-1 second per additional ability level) Ability Cooldown: 3 seconds (-0.5 seconds per additional ability level) Number of charges: 3 (+1 additional charge at ability level 4 and 5, so 5 charges at the ability's maximum level) Description: Extend, electrify and swing your power claw, dealing damage and slowing in an arc in front of you. It deals 50 damage +(25 additional damage per ability level) + 20% AD (+10% AD per additional ability level). Slows any enemy champions hit by 30% (+5% slow per additional ability level) for 1.6 seconds (+0.1 seconds of slow per additional ability level).

W: Self Protection (will probably change Ability Charge rate: 55 seconds (-5 seconds per ability level) Ability Cooldown: 12 seconds (-1 second per ability level) Shield duration: 6 seconds Number of Charges: 2 charges Active: Gives you for 11% of your current health as a shield (+1% per additional ability level) and a bonus 12 armor and magic resistance (+2 per ability level). While the shield is active, you have a 30% speed increase (increased by 5% per additional ability level, so max 50% at level 5). If you have lower health than your maximum health at the end of the duration of the shield you will regenerate the missing health equal to the shield’s health at 20% of the shields health per second.

E: Blistering Charge Ability Charge Rate: 19 seconds (-1 second per ability level) Ability Cooldown: 3 seconds (-0.5 per ability level) Number of Charges: 3 Passive: +0.5% movement speed per core charge (+0.5% per additional ability level) Active: Dashes forward in a small line, silencing and slowing enemies. Deals 60 damage (10 damage additional per ability level), silences for 1 second (+ 1 second per ability level), slows for 20% for 3 seconds (+15% per additional ability level). Deals 50% more damage to targets who have been hit by three hits of Electric strike within 10 seconds.

R: Power Discharge: Ability Charge Rate: 100 seconds (-20 seconds per additional ability level) Ability Cooldown: 20 seconds (-5 seconds per additional ability level) Number of Charges: 2 Passive: Increased Core Recharge Rate Increases the Recharge rate of your Core charges. Starts at reducing the recharge rate to 1.7 seconds, then 1.4 and finally 1 second at level 18. Active: Uses 2 Core Charges. Dashes to target enemy champion, applying an empowered slow of 50% (+20% per additional level of ability) for 3 seconds and knocking up all enemies hit until he reaches the target and hits them. Also the charge deals 200 + (50 damage per ability level) + (15% attack damage) + (10% of your maximum health) as additional damage. It also applies an electrified debuff to the person you charged at for 5 seconds (electrified debuff means that they take 50% more damage from you, deal 30% less damage to you)

General Description: This guy is a late-game assassin that will become much more powerful in the late game, as his ultimate's passive will help with his abilities, as you can cast more abilities with the increased core recharge rate
