Singed Update

Hello Riot Games! I have a very good idea for you, with the new Singed changes currently on PBE and soon to come to live, you have a very good opportunity to release a Singed pack with all his skins Including Riot Singed! Since you need not spend anymore development time on that skin, and his others, it's a good way to make a lot of money, you have done such things in the past :). It was awesome when you re-released Championship Riven not too long ago, it made a lot of people happy, so maybe you could do it with Riot Singed as well? :) I really think it's a good idea!
