Kled Skin Concept (Working on name)
Sorry its a bit long, these are my rough thoughts. I would love to see some suggestions and ideas for the skin as well as thoughts on what the name could be. On November the 9, I will be deleting this post and creating a new one. I will be taking everyone's ideas that I think would go well with this skin, as well as my own ideas towards making another rough draft of this concept. From there I will probably make my final thoughts and put up a fully formed, good copy of this concept, and let you the people decide on if you think it is a good concept. Hopefully from there someone at Riot Games will see this and want to make a skin out of it. (Sorry for the long post).
Legendary Skin where kled is a technological builder where he creates machines and that.
Physique: Kled is a bit of a mechanic. He has an apron on, with normal clothes on underneath. He also has some bits of customized armor on. He has a shoulder pad made of metal, and another arm brace. Kled’s hat is now a Metal Welding Face Shield on. During points in Kled's animations, ex. When rebuilding Skarrl, Kled will pull the Face shield down. Skarrl is a robotic raptor, with wheels for feet. As Skarrl drives around he lets out blue sparks and there is some oil dripping from her. Skarrl is made out of random metal parts, so her look can't really be defined, I would like to think that the skin creators at riot would think up a good look for her.
Passive (Skarrl, the Cowardly Lizard): Kled usually just has Skarrl run away from him and run towards him. But in this skin, Skarrl is a Machine. When Skarrl loses all of her health she explodes leaving Kled to fend for himself. When Skarrl explodes Kled swears or something but also is somewhat happy cause in this skin hes mentally I'll, more than usual. When Kled builds up enough courage from his passive to call Skarrl back to him. In this skin, Kled builds up parts, and when he reaches 100 he takes a little bit of time to quickly rebuild Skarrl, using a welding torch and wrench.
Q/ First ability (Bear Trap on a Rope/ Pocket Pistol): On Mount - Instead of the bear trap on a rope, kled throws out a electric whip that wraps around the target. At first Hit it shocks the opposite. Then when the time is up, it it does a stronger shock that pulls them back a bit, like usual. The base colour of the whip is blue, with little spark effects. When the whip attached itself onto the opponent, the circle that shows is a light blue colour with some little flashing arrows pointing towards the center. The whip colour changes with the colour of the chroma that the person has on. Off Mount - Kleds base skin he uses a normal pistol for his off mount Q. With this skin Kled Pocket Pistol is now a Pulse Gun. The Pulse Gun shoots out greenish pulses that are kinda sections off to show that they are projectiles. The base colour is green, and forever stays green even with different t chroma on.
W/ Second Ability (Violent Tendencies): Kleds normal basic attacks are with an electric blade, looks different than Kled’s normal halberd. This electric blade is a halberd but the entire blade is made from an energy. When Kleds W is up and active, Kled supercharged the Blade for increased damage. This shows a sort of sparkling effect on the blade, also when Kled does attack there is a bit of blue light flicker through the air, and when he lands the attack there is a electric burst from the target. This ability is changing a lot and there are a lot of partials being changed, so this ability also does not change with chrome.
E/ Third Ability (Jousting): As Kled’s E, Skarrl does a little dash forward. With this skin, Kled activates a booster that makes Skarrl do the little dash, but also when he dashes through an opponent, he leaves the opponent behind with oil on them instead of the original sigil. Then when dashing back through them, the oil disappears like when the original sigil does. There is nothing special about this ability besides for it just being different than what people would expect. Also, instead of the opponent being covered in oil, as that would be hard to code, Kled could just leave oil at their feet.
R/ Fourth Ability (Chaaaaaaaarge!!!): Now with the ultimate of Kled. When Kled activates his ultimate, he puts down a booster type of machine on the ground from where he starts. This machine shoots out some sort of boost. Then Kled and Skarrl pass over the machine, this transforms Skarrl into more of a rocket. While Kled and Skarrl move forward they build up a field around them, this field looks similar to the field generated by Mecha Zero Sion's ult, being blue with many layers of flame and air. On the original Kled skin, there is a semi circle that is in front of Kled and Skarrl. This is also apart of the skin, but it is now blue and is more synonymous with the field generated over Kled and Skarrl. When Kled and Skarrl have reached their target or have chosen their target, a target sigil with pop up around the opponent. This sigil links back all the way to Kled and Skarrl. Then Kled and Skarrl do their last ditch effort to hit the target. When they collide with the target a small explosion happens, and the ult is finished.
