New Champion Idea :D
Cynthia The Devils Doctor
Note: name not finalised and probably not spelled right
Passive: Gennerates 1 orb every 6 seconds max 6 (orbs rotate around Cynthia)
Q: Cynthia fires an orb thay will damage enemy minions until it reaches desired destination where it will act as a land mine or hits an enemy Champion
dealing splash damage)
(note that although it is a skill shot it will only go to the cursor and no farther)
Orb will rotate around for x seconds stealing life to go into Cynthia's "soul bank"
Q can be used on a target with an existing orb for extra effect, better range on orbed target and a heat seeking effect with 3 orbs max
Q can be used on allies to give life from soul bank
W: Cynthia dashes to an orb destroying that orb but gets 3 back (orb must be on a target Champion) (can be changed)
E: Cynthia will shoot a Syringe that will hit any enemy its cast at then steal x% of their life then return to Cynthia to be used on an Ally giving them life.
Can also be used on an ally to give them immunity to all debuffs for a short time (WIP can be changed)
R: Cynthia will create missing orbs at a 0.6 rate and will send them in a circle that will follow her until durations up where it will shrink back in.
If an enemy touches an orb they will be slowed and get the Devils Wrath debuff and an orb will be consumed. Enemies in the circle will slowly have life drained
Allies will get 150% life that's drained shared among them and will get speed and regen if they touch an orb.
Note: aswell as the 3.6 seconds for the 6 orbs there will be a 2.4 cast time where Cynthia cant move.
Lore: July 6th, 666 B.C. a terrible plague was destined to destroy all of humanity. This was referred to as "Devil's Wrath". There was a 100% lethality rate and spread faster than any disseise previously known to man kind. Those who met this accursed fate would have the blood in their skin boil. No one would go near for fear of being subject to days up on days of slow torture. July 16th Cynthia's husband was infected with "Devil's Wrath". Cynthia lost her two daughters to sickness (as there was no known doctor alive). Destined to not lose another love; Cynthia traveled the land of Runeterra to find the key to humanity's survival. After precious time she returned home with what the hundreds that remained prayed for.. the cure to Devil's Wrath. She cured the dying land and its few inhabitants. Unknown to her the devil himself was enraged at this miracle and was to put an end to Cynthia himself the one who denied him of hundreds. When time came for Cynthia's one love the virus would not lift. The Devil hesitated seeing Cynthia and soon realised that he who killed millions could not do so to one mortal girl. He left to the underworld awaiting her soul. Cynthia fell into despair and when her husbands death came she offered most of who and what was left in exchange for her husband for naught. On the verge of insanity her reign ended when she offered her soul herself. She now serves the one who killed so many with sacrifices of the living.
