NEW CHAMPION CONCEPT (NEVER SEEN OR DONE BEFORE..MUST HAVE)

this new champion will be a corrupt banker;

he will have 2 currencies (normal gold like every one has, and credit) he will generate credit and gold at the same rate (but cannot use credit towards making HIS purchases)....instead, he can "give" this credit to his allies in the form of "loans" with increasingly high interest rates depending on the rank of his loan ability. Once an ally has been given a loan, the interest rate will kick in every 2 minutes and the debt will stack up; if not payed back in 10 minutes, the ally will receive a debuff that will make them unable to spend gold, and have it drained to the banker champion until it is all payed back (INTEREST WILL CONTINUE TO STACK EVEN WITH THIS DEBUFF ACTIVE).

at max rank, the banker will be able to make his "loans" to enemy champions as well to further his own interests. [zombie-nunu-bummed]
