[Champion Concept] OMNI - The Construct

OMNI is a mechanical construct which can be transformed by the skills the player chooses. It is designed in a way to do everything. In a game, however, OMNI evolves into a creation that the player wants.
Each time OMNI has a skill point, the player will be introduced different skills for each slot (Q,W,E,R - OMNI uses Udyr's skill select system and Energy instead of mana). The skill order is the key to make OMNI into whatever you want because each time a new skill is unlocked, it will stay the same but the unselected ones change.

Q Skill Select Order #1 - Turns OMNI's weapon into a ranged Laser Gun (Passive). OMNI releases 3 scattershot to the direction it faces in 2 seconds (Active - AD scale). Select Order #2 - OMNI attacks an area nearby with the rocks it collects from the terrain (Active - AD scale). Select Order #3 - OMNI gains a very small hp shield when it attacks an enemy (Passive). It won't be triggered by attacking the same enemy in a period of time. Attacking another enemy when a shield is active, refreshes the shield (does not stack). Select Order #4 - OMNI boosts its Armor and Magic Resist for a percentage and reflects damage for a short period of time.

W Skill Select Order #1 - Turns OMNI's weapon into a melee Spear (Passive). Gives OMNI bonus physical resistance and life regeneration (Passive). This ability can be used to enhance the effects for a limited time (Active). Select Order #2 - OMNI slows the first enemy it hits (Toggle). It won't be triggered by attacking the same enemy in a period of time. Select Order #3 - OMNI gains bonus physical/magic resistance when it hits an enemy (Active). Enemy type determines the resistance (physical or magic). Select Order #4 - OMNI gains bonus critical chance against enemy champions for a short period of time (Active). This bonus is doubled when it attacks champions from behind.

E Skill Select Order #1 - Turns OMNI's weapon into a melee Claw (Passive). OMNI can use the claw to slash enemies directly in front of it for extra damage (Active - AP scale). When Claw attacks an enemy champion, OMNI gains a fast decaying movement speed buff. Select Order #2 - OMNI spills oil behind itself and lights it (Active - AP scale). Select Order #3 - OMNI gains a small attack speed bonus (Passive). This bonus is doubled for a brief period of time when this ability is triggered (Active). Select Order #4 - Whenever OMNI attacks a new champion, it applies Grievous Wounds (Passive) and sets it on fire (AP scale - Active).

R Skill Select Order #1 - Turns OMNI's weapon into a melee Shield (Passive). OMNI can heal himself and nearby allies with the power of its Shield (Active - AP Scale) Select Order #2 - OMNI knocks the first enemy hit sideways (Active - AP scale). Select Order #3 - OMNI gains a shield when it's been attacked by an enemy champion (Passive). It won't be triggered by being attacked by the same enemy in a period of time. When OMNI is hit by multiple enemies in a short period of time, only a percentage of the shield is added to the existing one. Select Order #4 - OMNI gains bonus Movement Speed (Passive). OMNI dashes a very short distance when this ability is used (Active).

Passive Select Order #Q - OMNI gains extra damage to minions and towers. Select Order #W - OMNI gains extra damage to Jungle minions and gains tenacity. Select Order #E - OMNI gains extra damage to champions. Select Order #R - OMNI gains extra gold per second & potion potency.
Playstyle
OMNI has very bad starting stats and because of this, it has little presence in the early game but with each skill selected, it'll be a powerful champion. It can be played anywhere and in any role but with its painful early lane makes it a hard champion to gain fully control of it. Players always need to be aware of their skill choices and what they bring to OMNI.
