Ranked HUD Modifications

Ranked HUD Modifications would be absolutely awesome. Say if i were to achieve platinum rank, not only would i get the loading screen boarder but also an in game, platinum style, HUD modification. I don't know if riot has ever considered/thought of this but it really isn't too much to ask for. It will give people an even bigger incentive to play ranked. Please Rito?? :(
