Got any Ideas for New Champs or Skins?

I would like to see what kind of ideas the community has about their "IDEAL" champ and what they would be like.

Questions:

What kind of abilities would they have? What would they look like? Physical attributes? Personality? Story? (Optional)

All of these are things I would like to know as a summoner just so people can get their ideas out in the community.

On the other hand I would also like to know the communities ideas on New Skins.

Questions:

What is in your skin? Special features? Story behind the skin?

Any of these you can answer and spread your ideas. Comment your ideas to get them out there and who knows maybe people will take a liking to your ideas.

Personally I think a "Jumpin' Jax" Skin would be awesome but here is the twist. Jax is a gym teacher in this skin. He has an Afro with a Jumper or Jogger suit on. He holds a tether poll with a ball wrapped around the end as his weapon.
