Champion Concept: Minka, The Wind Devil

Hi, I got this inspiration from Yasuo, you can consider it as my own vision of Yasuo.

Here it is:

Minka, The Wind Devil

Abilities:

Passive: Crippling Wounds Minka’s basic attacks and damaging abilities apply Crippling Wounds to affected enemy champions and large monsters for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. Crippling Wounds effects cause a different number of effects, according to the number of stacks an enemy suffers: • 1+ stack: causes the enemy to bleed for 8/11/14/17 (+10% bonus AD) physical damage per second, at levels 1/5/10/15 • 2+ stacks: slows the enemy by 40% (+3% per 40 bonus AD) for 3 seconds • 3 stacks: applies Grievous Wounds to the opponent Each new stack refreshes the duration of Crippling Wounds, but decreases its duration by 1 second (meaning at 3 stacks, the Crippling Wounds effect lasts for 3 seconds instead of 5).

Passive: Wind Riding Minka's resource bar is Flow, just like Yasuo Minka generates a Flow stack for every 59 / 52 / 46 units he travels by any means. The generated Flow can be used as cost for Minka’s abilities.

Q: Piercing Wind/Murdering Wind Piercing Wind: Cost: 15/30/45/60/75 Flow CD: 14 seconds at all ranks

Minka lunges forward, dealing physical damage to all enemies and his path. If at least one enemy was hit by Piercing Wind, Minka can cast Murdering Wind within the next 1.5 second.

Dash: 500 units

Damage: 75/120/165/210/255 (+60% bonus AD) physical damage

Murdering Wind: Cost: 20/40/60/80/100 Flow

Minka slashes horizontally at his target, dealing physical damage. Nearby enemy units in a line are also hit but are dealt reduced damage. If Murdering Wind is cast on an Epic Monster or enemy champion, it deals heavy additional physical damage, instead. If Murdering Wind kills its target it restores 10/15/20/25/30 Flow and half of its cooldown. Against enemy champions or epic monsters, the amount of Flow restored is doubled and 80% of Murdering Wind’s cooldown is refunded. Cast range: 250

Damage against non-champions/epic monsters: 60/90/120/150/180 (+80% bonus AD) physical damage Damage against enemies marked by Murdering Wind: 30/45/60/75/90 (+40% bonus AD) physical damage Damage to champions/epic monsters: 80/105/130/155/180 (+5/5.5/6/6.5/7% of target’s max health) (+0.5% per 100 AD bonus) physical damage

W: Wind Shield Cost: all current Flow CD: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds

Minka uses all generated Flow to create a wind shield around himself, protecting himself against damage. Minka uses all Flow to gain a shield, shielding himself for Flow used for 3 seconds.

Shield Strength per level (at max Flow): 100/105/110/115/120/130/140/150/165/180/200/225/255/290/330/380/440/510

E: Stalking Wind Cost: 20/30/40/50/60 Flow CD: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds

Passive: Minka gains 2/4/6/8/10% bonus movement speed and crowd control reduction.

Active: Minka removes all active crowd control effects on himself and gains 100% movement speed that decays to 60% over 3 seconds, and can pass through units. Each time Minka inflicts damage to an enemy champion, the duration of Stalking Wind is increased by 1 second (stacks up to 4 times for a maximum of 7 seconds). The passive effect is lost when Stalking Wind is on cooldown.

R: Storm Wrath Cost: 80/120/160 Flow CD: 120/90/60 seconds Range: 1000 Speed: 2000

After a 1 second channeling, Minka summons a wind blade and fires it in a targeted direction, dealing physical damage to all enemies hit in its path, applying a stack of Crippling Wounds. If the wind blade reaches the end of its path or hits an enemy champion, it explodes and deals additional damage in a radius, applies another stack of Crippling Wounds and knocks the nearby enemies airborne.
