Has anyone played pokemon and knows smeargle. Well this champ concept is each ability steals an ability. But his q can only steal q w steal w ect. Upon leveling up it kind of looks like khas evolve u can lvl up the stolen ability or start from acrath to steal a whole new ability (u steal ability based on lvl so if ez has lvl 3q u steal it @ lvl3) any questions or comments please ask
