Reaver, The Blade of Chaos

Reaver is a concept that I have thought of for a while, now that I have been playing this game for a while. This character is definitely an assassin, although he can seem a little simple, he would be decently powerful and be able to fit almost anywhere you need him. He is an AD version of Vladimir because of his passive, but throws a good assassin spin on it. So now, here are his moves! (warning, I am not the greatest with the ratios, they are just thrown out there as a decent balanced guess, send comments if you would change anything! :D)

Passive: Devil's Curse

0.75 AD is converted to health and 0.15 health is converted to AD (Does not stack with itself)

  • For each creature killed, Reaver gains stacks of Demise. (5 for normal minions, 10 for cannon and larger monsters, 20 for first Dragons/Rift Herald, 30 for Baron Nashor/Elder Dragon) When Reaver Basic attacks an enemy champion that has equal to less health than Reaver's Demise stacks, send all stacks onto the enemy to inflict damage over time until either death or stacks run out. (An ignite effect)
  • (Chaos form: Gain double the stacks)

Q: Switch Blade

CD: 0.5 seconds

  • Passive: While Reaver is in Blade Up he gains a bonus 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 AD and in Blade Down gains 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 AS.
  • > Active: Reaver switches between being in Blade Up giving him a ranged auto attack or Blade Down giving him a melee auto attack. (Chaos form: Gains double the bonus AD and AS in Blade Up and Blade Down)

W: Spinning Death

CD: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds

  • Active: Reaver spins for 4 seconds dealing aoe physical damage of 42/80/120/160/200 (0.5 AD) per second.
  • Blade Up: Range is increased and move speed is reduced by 0.25 (Chaos form: No move speed reduction)
  • Blade Down: Range is decreased and move speed is increased by 0.25 (Chaos form: Move speed increased by 0.5)

E: Dash n' Slash:

CD: 5 seconds

  • Active: Reaver takes 0.5 seconds and then dashes quite far. Dealing 90/120/150/180/210 to everything he passes over and beside, depending on his blade.
  • Blade Up: Reaver's Dash slashes everything to his left
  • Blade Down: Reaver's Dash slashes everything to his Right
  • (Chaos form: Reaver slashes both sides when he dashes)

R: Chaotic Rage

CD: 80/70/60

  • Active: Reaver enrages and creates a second blade, gaining 0.5/1/1.5 AD and 0.5 move speed for 10/12/14 seconds. Evolves his moves into their Chaos form.

For Lore he can be but somewhere as a crazy soldier in the Noxus army who was exiled, was captured and experimented on in the Void, then broke free to kill everyone he saw.

I have always liked the concept for Vladimir, but even with his update, he doesn't seem that good. So making an AD version of him seemed like a pretty good idea. with all Reaver has, it seems like he has a decently strong early game and a decently strong late game. With his tank he is able to fit a role of a Top Laner, with the high AD, Mid, high AS, ADC, and good aoe, Jungle. Like I stated earlier, you can build this guy as a tank or assassin, maybe hybrid, but I think this Champion would make a great addition to League's roster of Unique assassins. (edit: ok, so new vlad is pretty good... but this kind of champ would be nice to also have in league so that those people who like to play volibear and olaf can play a more assassiny type champ that isn't as boring to play, or the adc's can feel a little bit healthier at the bot lane. also I forgot to put this but all the costs on the abilities are no costs.)
