What else do I need to make a champion?

I want to know what else I need to add to my champion idea. What I have: Champion name, Primary role, secondary role, suggested lane, description of the champ, and lore. I also have the 4 abilities, and the passive, how they scale, what the range of the abilities are, their cooldown, projectile speed, etc. I also have the base statistics of the champ, and a concept of how I want him to look like, although I'm not that great of an artist so I don't have a drawing of him. I have how his auto attack looks, and the speed of his auto attack. What else do I need to add? Should I try drawing him or something?
