So I bought a small loan of Rp with money but have a remainder of 45, and I just think its a waste to be able to buy nothing with the remaining rp you have that will remain useless. So I just think riot should add something in the shop that can let players use the remainder of their rp on something not as good as skins or champions but maybe like a small exchange of rp to ip.

Riot already said that they don't want people to but IP (exchange rp for ip) because the game will become pay to win (runes are bought with IP). But with the free runes coming in the pre-season rp-ip (vise-versa) may become real.
