Skin concepts: Doctor Ekko, Cyberman Viktor, and Dalek Blitzcrank

Doctor Ekko:

Doctor Ekko wears a suit and trench coat, like the tenth doctor, and instead of his clock hand sword, he uses a sonic screwdriver. If we wanted to bump it up to a legendary skin, he could get a British voiceover and say things that the doctor says, like maybe yelling "Allons Y!" When he ults. His recall animation would feature the tardis materializing and him stepping into it, his q would have him throw out a fob watch, and his ult could have the tardis materialize around him and take him back four seconds ago. His ult clone could also look like the ninth doctor too.

Cyberman Viktor:

Cyberman Viktor would look, well, like a Cyberman. His e would be blue and have a crackling element, his w could set up a mini "upgrade facility" with saws and blades, and his ult could be similar, and when it kills someone, their corpse becomes a Cyberman, as they have been successfully "upgraded"

Dalek Blitzcrank:

Dalek Blitzcrank's model would look like one of those little salt shakers of hate, his right arm would be a plunger and his left would be a whisk. His e would look like the turquoise death beams that they shoot and have the sound effect too. His ult could become an explosion within the radius, similar to the dalek in the series 1 episode "dalek", at the end when the dalek kills itself.

This is probably unrealistic, due to copyrights and such, but maybe these would make cool custom skins
