People this is going to be a really long post, so if there is only one thing you don't like and want me to change you have to specifically specify what that is because things like "downvotes" and "op, this sucks, you suck" does not help me at all as it gives no feedback and does not specify what you liked and did not like. Because the way I am setting this up it is literally impossible for you to hate everything unless you hate the world and life, in that case why are you here trying to ruin someone else's day? Please be considerate and think of others, also think how you would want to be treated, because if you want people to treat you with dignity, respect, and kindly then you have to do the same for others; if you do not do this then people will treat you like s%$& because that is how you treat others.

Unrefined Ore: Recipe: Amplifying Tome (435g) + 565g = 1000g
Statistics: +20 Ability Power +UNIQUE Passive - Ore Refining: Every 45 seconds near an ally champion grants +10 Ability Power, up to +100 Ability Power.
Upon reaching 100 Ability Power, Unrefined Ore automatically transforms into Needlessly Shiny Diamond Rod.

Miracle Boots: Recipe: Boots of Speed (300g) + 600g = 900g
Statistics: +UNIQUE Passive - Enhanced Movement: +45 Movement Speed +UNIQUE Passive - Protector: Your shields and heals are 10% stronger.
For the record, your shields and heals are 10% stronger, so this is not limited to only supportive shields and heals, those that have self-cast only shields and heals can benefit from this; additive stacking with similar effects like Windspeaker's Blessing for your shields and heals are not getting too crazy.
Turtle Shells: Recipe: Boots of Speed (300g) + 600g = 900g
Statistics: +UNIQUE Passive - Enhanced Movement: +45 Movement Speed +UNIQUE Passive - On Your Own Pace: Your active speed ups and slow downs are 10% stronger. +UNIQUE Passive - Surfing: Gain +15 Movement Speed while on water.
So if you have a slowing ability that slows by 50% these boots will make it a 55% slow (cap is 99% for super powerful slow abilities) and your abilities or item actives that grant 40% speed ups will now grant 44% speed ups. So it is not game breaking effects, but it does make that they do a little bit more potent, and only active speed ups are affected so anything makes you passively faster is not enhanced by this effect.
Rocket Boots: Recipe: Boots of Speed (300g) + 700g = 1000g
Statistics: +UNIQUE Passive - Enhanced Movement: +25 Movement Speed +UNIQUE Active - 3, 2, 1, BLAST OFF: Rocket forward 600 units, cannot go past terrain, afterwards you are grounded for 6 seconds (60 seconds cooldown).
3, 2, 1, BLAST OFF is disabled for 6 seconds if a mobility effect was previously used.
The boot's movement speed does not increase from your brown bag boots to off set the power of the active and to reduce mobility champions exploiting this the active adds a long duration ground debuff which silences abilities and spells that have a hop, dash, blink, jump, pounce, etc on it including Flash; reversely any of these effects prevents the active being used as well. So if you are a champion that needs to get in the fight like fiddle, annie, galio, etc this is something you look into and not to enhance a mobile champion's mobility further, but the sacrifice is your in combat movement speed and roaming movement speed take a significant hit on top of giving up combat effects other boots have.
Iron Grieves: Recipe: Boots of Speed (300g) + Cloth Armor (300g) + 400g = 1000g
Statistics: +30 Armor +UNIQUE Passive - Enhanced Movement: +45 Movement Speed +UNIQUE Passive - Lead Weight: Reduce the effectiveness of enemy displacement effects by 30%.
So knock-backs, knock-ups, push effects, etc. from abilities like Janna tornado, Janna ultimate, Syndra E, Orianna Ultimate, Singed Fling, Draven Stand aside, Yasuo knock-up, Malphite ultimate, etc and so on.
Jester Hat: Recipe: Haunting Guise (1600g) + Giant's Belt (1000g) + 400g = 3000g
Statistics: +60 Ability Power +600 Health +UNIQUE Passive - Eyes of Pain: +15 Magic Penetration +UNIQUE Active - Trick Room: Swap positions with the target ally champion, cannot be used if you are currently in combat with an enemy champion or turret (45 seconds cooldown). [Range: 650 units]
Just to reduce trolling your teammates you cannot use this if you are the one in combat with champions and turrets so you cannot swap someone into a turret to kill them outright or into a group of enemies, I know someone would have thought of doing this.
The Hero's Buckler: Recipe: Chain Vest (800g) + Kindlegem (800g) + 400g = 2000g
Statistics: +50 Armor +300 Health +10% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Active - Shield Toss: Throw your buckler to the target ally champion for 1.5 seconds causing it to block the next incoming source of damage, does not block turret attacks (15 seconds cooldown). [Range: 850 units]
Rusty Metal: Recipe: Cloth Armor (300g) + 700g = 1000g
Statistics: +15 Armor +UNIQUE Passive - Reinforcing Armor: Every 45 seconds near an ally champion grants +8 Armor, up to +80 Armor.
Upon reaching 80 Armor, Rusty Metal will automatically transform into Mighty Armor.
Mighty Armor: Recipe: Rusty Metal (1000g) + Fully stacked Reinforcing Armor
Statistics: +95 Armor +UNIQUE Aura - Metallic Shield: Nearby allies gain 10% of your bonus Armor. [Range: 1000 units]
