I think this skin should be added to league of legends as a 1350 RP skin because it has such good partical changing effects and i think alot of people (Lucian Mains) would love it so much and just everyone in general, It is a cool skin and something new
Or we could just keep it a unique thing for EZ and come up with something original for Lucian. That would be like making a DJ thresh skin. Kinda cheapens the epic status of the skin. If you want a good lucian sci fi themed skin there are tons of things out there to base it off of. Pulse fire was based on mega man. Maybe make a warhammer 40k inquisitor themed lucian or go with a Matrix style Keanu Reeves chosen one themed lucian.
keep the expensive skins unique I say.
