Emote variety and voice packs

I know riot is trying to avoid following the concepts of other mobas but I had a good idea for more customization for the characters and the game itself. First there is the voice packs. We already had the bilgewater map and announcer, we could bring it back for purchase on the market along with others for fun and to add a little variety to the game. The next idea is to add taunt and emote variety to some champions. It would allow players to customize their experience a little more and once again shake up the game some. Tell me what you think and maybe add some ideas and stuff
