XERATH SKINS
Xerath is overdue for a new skin IMO. There's so much potential for what he can have. He could have a dark star theme skin or even ELEMENTALIST!!!! Atlantean or dark water would also be pretty cool tbh.

I can't remember if it's in his current lore but wasn't Xerath a being of pure energy? In that regard, Dark Star would be the best fit for for him (plus, let's be honest here, who wouldn't want to see him hurling comets, even stars for his abilities and his ults?) and there could be some really neat particle effects for him too.
Dark Water and Atlantean would be too similar (water theme) so there's that.
Program and hextech are slightly similar, though I think Program would be more of a holographic Xerath and Hextech would be be an amalgamation of Energy and Hextech technology (how would that even work?); however, now that I think about it, Hextech would be closer to Pulsefire than Program.
Elementalist would be interesting, as it would fit in with the whole "pure energy theme" and he could be a being of pure energy of an element (and the combining of two elements for more power, oh the quotes, so good yet so damn corny).
These are just my opinions and thoughts on it.
