Skins from Chests

I wish there was a way to Gift the Skins you get from Chests to someone on your friends list. I get these skins for champs I don't have, nor play and it seems a waste to Re-Roll them. Especially when they are Legendary skins like God Fist Lee Sin or the new Riven one.

Another point I would like to make is during the most recent VS event I crafted the Orb to get a Legendary Skin. I got a Skin for a champ I do not own. If you are going to make these part of an event it would be nice if they were for a champ you owned already, considering how long it takes to create the Orb in the first place. Or if you don't want the skin, you can gift it!
