Arcade Yasuo skin concept?????

Title says it all, I believe Yasuo needs a new skin affiliating with the Arcade skins. Actually this was my buddy's idea so quick props to him. (since he's a lazy piece of work to even write about this lol) The concept fot the skin he had in mind was a Beem sword, Blue hair, silver and blue armor, blue tempests (wind) and a steelish blue wall. I wanna know what y'all think of this skin concept in mind. Let me know!
