Short Story: The Flight of Quinn

One day in the Fields of Justice, Quinn spotted Tristana firing explosives. Quinn decided that Tristana should not be blowing things up. So Quinn climbed aboard Valor and swiftly rushed to Tristana in a volley of arrows.

: Double-you tee eff Quinn!

And Tristana fired at Valor. But this only angered Quinn.

: You've angered me for the last time Yordle.

And Quinn Vaults at Tristana. But, Tristana Rocket Jumps away.

: Can't catch me!

And, Quinn still chased. But, she didn't realize Tahm Kench was there. And by the time she reached Tristana, Tahm Kench had taken her away.

: This love boat's getting away.

And, Quinn still chased. But, Kalista was down the field. And Tahm quickly gobbled up Tristana, and both Yordle and Demon were sent flying further away by Kallista. And Quinn looked at Kalista with much sadness.

: I told you the oath was made. : :'(

And still, Quinn chased Tristana. But when she finally caught up with the Yordle girl, she blasted off with another Rocket Jump.

: Hee hee hee hee. : You have got to be #$%^&* kidding me!

But Quinn still chased. Quinn flew on despite the heavy fire from turrets and minions. She would apprehend Tristana. And when she started to close in, she could see the panic in Tristana's face. Quinn smiled wide and began to laugh. She drew closer and closer. She readied her strike. Tristana stopped running and just dropped her head for cover. Almost there. Then, out of nowhere, a large metal fist grabs her and quickly pulls her past the Yordle. It's Blitzcrank! But what's this? Just as Bliztcrank grabbed her, he activated Thresh's Dark Passage.

: HA HA HA HA. : Flay.

And Quinn was raked back even further with a Flay from Thresh. She got up and started to run back to her base. But as soon as she moved, Tristana came out of nowhere with another Rocket Jump, landing face-to-face with Quinn. Tristana smiled and pointed her rocket launcher at Quinn, and Quinn was blasted into Tristana's base.

: A Bandle gunner never turns tail. Unless it's to taunt. : Valor!

Quinn collapses.
