Hello! RacistSpartan here, first post on the forums, not to mention my first champion concept, so uh... Yeah. Enjoy!

Name: ARC, The Steel Mage. Role: Support Mage. Name for both the champion AND abilities are open to change, suggestions are welcome! Abilities - Passive: All nearby allied champions gain 5% Armor and MR. Q: Shields an ally that lasts for 5 seconds, or until broken. Shield amount scales with both ability level and AP. W: Creates a wall of steel that last for 6 seconds or until destroyed, wall's health is based of of MR and ability level. Well length is also based off of MR and ability level. E: (Passive): Shields placed on allies, when destroyed, deal a percentage of the damage they dealt to themselves. If the shield runs out, but the shield is still damaged, the person who damaged the shield bearer, takes a small portion of the damage dealt. Estimated amount of scaling, levels 1-5: 25%/35%/45%/55%/70% The point in the sudden burst in percentage at level 5 is like a power spike, y'know? R: Channels for entire duration, draining mana, creating a vortex that slows all enemies for 50%/60%/70% and gives all allies within the radius bonus Magic Damage, Attack Speed and Movement Speed. Allies with a shield gain a 50% bonus to that shield and the shield will remain until the vortex is finished or canceled. The vortex will last as long as ARC wants it to last, so long as he has the mana for it, or he interrupted during the channel.

Here is a link to a 'limited resource model' that I cooked up using "Hero Forge". As I can't draw anything for the life of me, I did the best I could with what I had. But, cheers! https://www.heroforge.com/load_config=693525

Backstory:

ARC was a machine created in the depths of Zaun, by an unknown scientist who is presumed dead. Years past, yet the machine had not moved at all. One day he was awoken by an entrance in the laboratory in which he resided. But something was different about ARC, but he couldn't quite seem to figure out what it was. Then he had more pressing matters to attend to, the intruders. ARC was no security machine, but he was fit to fight, and he picked up the very hammer he was crafted with, and prepared to confront the intruders. The people who had barged into the lab were robbers, of some degree, looking for valuables to take and sell for their own reasons. ARC had confronted the trespassers, swiftly dispatching them with a crack to the head with his hammer. From one of the robber's pockets, did a strange gem emit a bright grey glow, and ARC reached for the gem, drawn to it. He didn't even come within 4 inches of the gem and electricity had zapped his arm, his visual sensors went dim, and he he felt something he couldn't explain, he felt something. ARC had re-awoken to have a strange feeling in his arm, he wondered what it was. ARC jumped with fright, yet feeling anything scared him more and more, the fact that he was scared alone was enough to send him in an endless nightmare. After hours of huddling in a corner trying figure out what was happening, how he was feeling emotions and being able to *feel*, he came to the conclusion of that he had no answer, he just was simply able to feel everything like a human would. After becoming satisfied with his answer, he look at his arm to see what the feeling he had earlier was, but his arm was the normal grey steel that he was made from. Yet, it was his hand that stood out to him, for it in the palm of his hand, was a fragment of the gem he had seen before. ARC tried removing the gem from his hand, yet it only hurt him, so he let it be. He tried thinking about something, his reason for being built, but could only assume one thing: protection. He figured with the power of the swing that he dispatched the intruders, whose bodies were only bones and cloth now, he was meant to protect. To his surprise, the gem in his hand began sparking again, yet this time with a purple-blue hue instead of the cold grey like last time. He didn't fall unconscious this time, but he felt stronger, like he was upgraded. He grabbed what was left of the intruders, lake their clothing, armor, and loot that they had stolen, and set out to find his *TRUE* purpose was, rather than the one he made himself comfortable with. And with his objective in mind, he pulled up the hood of the cowl and covered his lower face with a face mask, and set out on his journey.
