Shut up and Take my Skins

Situation: With the new Hextech Crafting coming out I was curious if Riot would give us the ability to Scrap or delete a skin we own or have been gifted. I personally dislike playing with skins but have a couple do to seasonal gifting. With Hextech Crafting I was hoping riot would give us this option or an ability to trash skins.

Options for Riot:

Wonder Gifting - Riot could give us the ability to randomly send a skin to someone else on the same server. Honesty this was taken from Pokémon as you could give some unexpecting player your trash or something good that they other wise wouldn't get alone. This solves the problem for those that have skins but don't want them and to prevent them from receiving some they could simply turn the option off.

The Trash of Cans - Give us a delete option for our skins or disenchant in Hextech Crafting

League of Legends Lottery - We should have the option to donate our skins to the pot. In the store you could buy (ip/rp) tickets for chances for the end of the month. At the end of the month riot would draw tickets and the pot would be evenly distributed between accounts that won. Here we have the ability to get rid of skins, and provide a monthly event that brings the community together.

RIOT!!! I'm not materialistic so plz take my skins.
