Its a skin based off of King Kong. Maybe Literally called King Kong. Its a buffed version of Wu.

Q: Wu could possibly have a giant fist smacking his target.

W: Its just a another Kong.

E: 2 smaller monkeys fly at the targets and the Original one does like a Jumping animation.

R: His ult could be just him Smashing the ground rapidly until it ends
