Captain Josevich was once a fierce Admiral of the southern flotilla. A country of islands once outlaws of society. One day Noxus burned down the land Josevich was sworn to protect. He was driven out of his frozen home and swore to find vengeance on the ones who wronged him. In his rage he sought power, found immortality but at a price. His rage was the only emotion left to him and that drove him to kill his crew and any who stood in his way. He has never been seen to bleed as any who have seen him would die before they could tell the tale. Legends say however that he uses the life of mortals to fuel his everburning rage and render him immune to visible harm. Now he is said to continue his rage-filled Crusade of terror in the seas of the world.

Passive: Imortal Rage: You gain double the Lifesteal and Health regen from all sources.
Q: Pistol Toss:(50 mana)(8s cooldown) Throw your gun at a target location. Upon impact it spins rapidly twice hitting the first enemies hit for 33/40/50/60/75 ( /100) % of your attack damage. (Triggers lifesteal)
While this ability is on cooldown, you go into mele range, increasing attack damage and movement speed by 30%
W: Unbound Rage:(75 mana)(10s cooldown) Convert all your lifesteal into critical strike. Any excess is converted into % Health regeneration The ratio of convertion is 1 to 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 ( /4)
E: Cover roll:(25 mana)(7s cooldown) Roll into a target direction (1.5 times flash range) raising a pillar of rock from the ground then vaulting over it. The pilar or rock blocks movement and all projectiles from passing through. The pillar of rock lasts for 3/4/5/6/7 (/10) seconds and has a radius of 180/200/220/240/260 (/ 300) units.
R: Dual Wield: (Passive) Increase attack speed by 100% and gain an additional charge of pistol toss. If only one charge is on cooldown you attack at normal speed. This ability can not be upgraded. (Instead of upgrading this ability, you can upgrade another ability once more than usual, the last upgrade stronger than the rest.)
