@riot employee who makes skins

Imaging releasing a space themed Vel'Koz, kind of like Cosmic Reaver Kassadin. Except I believe Cosmic Destroyer would be a better suiting name.

His W could open a rift to space and his Life Form Disintegration Ray could either have an animated space beam or like a Solar Ray beam. His eye could be like a nebula (there are nebulas that look like eye, check them out!) or even like a star eye, which would go well with the Solar Ray beam.

So much potential for a space themed Vel'Koz! I've been posting about coming out with a skin like this a year now, it'd be great to hear some riot feedback or something.. :/
