A good idea for Summoner Icons

Ok, so my idea is to bring in a new way to spend your ip on summoner icons, instead of buying a summoner icon which represents nothing, you can buy one that shows off your favorite champs, this is what I believe would be awesome, when you have won 100 games with a specific champion, you can then buy the summoner icon of their splash art for 1000ip with a bronze border.. for example - With a border

100 wins, 2,500ip, bronze border around summoner icon 200 wins, 5,000ip, silver border around summoner icon (Must have previous one unlocked) 300 wins, 10,00ip, golden border around summoner icon (Must have both previous unlocked)

It is just an idea which would be awesome to have
