JarvanIV (W rework)

Im a Jarvan main and i think his W-ability needs a rework. My idea is to make it like Warwicks E-ability. Example: JarvanIV channeles the ability and after 1,5 seconds. After the ability has channeled it explodes dealing damage and giving him a shield for each enemy champion hit. The base shield is 4-6% of Jarvans hp and 2-4% for each enemy champion/large monster hit by the explosion.

Pros: The ability now does damage an gives him a bigger shield then before

Cons: The ability doesen't slow enemys anymore.
