Skin Collectors

Hello, I've been playing since season 2. I LOVE this game and I LOVE skins. I've somehow managed to collect all but 19 limited skins and I purchase every new skin when it's released. Now that I'm an old salt, I'm thinking about the future. Someday, when I leave this world, I would like to will my firstborn an account with a COMPLETE collection. I imagine players who own all available skins are very rare. What do you think about allowing those rare players, who have contributed so much to the game over the years, a chance to somehow complete their collections? Whether it be through RP purchase or some kind of reward, a big plus for RIOT would be that players who collect skins would have a BIG incentive to buy more to complete those collections.
