Chat Window

I always hate that when your in champion select you have to plan pre game strategy before the timer runs out. What I would like to see is a chat window to talk while in the loading screen, it would give us something to do while waiting for some players who take minutes to load up. Plus extra time to get friends into chats on curse or discord. Also if we could do all chat to the other team to talk some pregame smack to eachother would be a lot of fun! This would be a great improvement to the game, and one that I would personally like to see.
