Soul Reaver Talon (Skin)

Talon is one of these few champs that hasnt got any skins since 3 years and more. This is, in my opinion always, a really good idea for a new skin series. Draven already has this type of skin, so why not Talon? I saw some more custom made soul reaver splash arts for other champions such as aatrox. They are really good. I think Talon finally needs a new skin, and a serious one.
