[Champion Concept] Dolores, the Voodoo Champion

Name: Dolores, the Voodoo Champion Location: The Voodoo Lands (same village as Annie) Primary Role: Mage Lanes: Mid or Top

Appearance: Gothic style dress with a stereotypical voodoo doll with an alt appearance having her look like a female voodoo doll with what looks to be a doll sized human. She floats off the ground and the doll floats in front of her with dark magic supporting them both in the air. Auto attacks form out of the magic surrounding her, while she directly manipulates the doll with her hands to cast her abilities

Background: She comes from the same village as Annie and the two know each other. She is one of the foremost expert on curses in Runeterra. She travels the lands seeking knowledge on how to both cast and break curses and will do both for a fee.

Passive: her auto attacks against champions build a counter, after 5 attacks the target champion is cursed, lasting for 10 minutes and takes extra affects from her abilities. She can have multiple champions cursed at the same time. The cures is lifted only when the 10 minutes are up or the abilities use it up. Using an ability (non-ult) removes 1 minute from the curse. Additional auto attacks will replenish the minutes on the curse. The ult will remove all curses

Q: Stab - Target spell - enemies in takes magic damage (+80% AP) Targeting a cursed opponent: range is doubled, damage doubled, and the opponent is knocked back Targeting someone else while a cursed opponent is in range: normal damage to target, normal damage to cursed opponent with only half the knock back Animation Notes: Dolores stabs her doll with a needle

W: Slash - Cone spell - enemies in takes magic damage (+50% AP) Targeting a cursed opponent, range is doubled for the cone, damage doubled, and the opponent takes grievous wounds for 4 seconds Targeting someone else while a cursed opponent is in range (not in cone but in the area where the cone of damage could be): normal damage to target, normal damage to cursed opponent with only 2 seconds of grievous wounds Animation Notes: Dolores slashes her doll with a knife

E: Twist - Target spell - deals damage equal to 5%/6%/7%/8%/9% of targets maximum health (+50% AP) Targeting a cursed opponent: range is doubled, damage increases to 10%/11%/12%/13%/14% of target's maximum health (+50 AP), and target is immobilized for 2 seconds Targeting someone else while a cursed opponent is in range: normal damage to target, normal damage to cursed opponent, and cursed opponent is immobilized for 2 seconds. Animation Notes: Dolores twists her doll's neck. When a target is immobilized they are lifted off the ground for the duration

R: Burn - Global range that only affects cursed opponents - deals a large amount of damage directly and continues to deal damage based on targets maximum health for X seconds afterwards, where X equals the time remaining on their cures. While this is in effect the time on the cure can not be extended via auto attacks and there is a 30 second window where Delores can not curse a new opponent Animation Notes - Delores sets her doll on fire with a flame she casts from her palm
