Neru is an "up close and personal" female melee fighter. Although most of Demacian warrior's prefer using their swords, she likes to solve everything with her fists.

PASSIVE

Demacian Decree Each minion kill gains her 1 stack of Decree. Max stacks 15/30/50. At max stacks, her movement speed and attack speed are increased by 15/25/35. Upon death, stacks are reduced by half. Stacks of Decree can also be used to power up her skills if needed. Each powered up ability absorbs 5 stacks. SKILLS Q. Kneeling kick. Neru kicks her foes with brute force, slowing them for 15/20/25/30/35%. If skill is pressed again within 2 seconds, she kicks again to stun her opponent for 2 seconds.

W. Adrenaline Force Upon activation, Neru's Movement speed is increased by 50% for 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds in attempt to attack an enemy champion. If landed on an enemy champion, her damage is doubled upon hit, but her movement speed decreases by 20% for 4 seconds. If skill is pressed again within 2 seconds of cooldown, her movement speed is turned to normal.

E. Extreme Conditioning When activated, within the next 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds, Neru will dodge a single skill and be unharmed from it. If nothing happens within the timed limit, cooldown and mana consumption is reduced by half. When pressed after dodging, her attack speed is increased by 25%.

R. Demacian Judgement Neru pulls out her sword and unleashes her full power, gaining 200/250/300 Attack damage for 6/8/10 seconds. Judgement also absorbs all stacks upon activation, gaining movement speed per stack consumed. Judgement also changes skills. Neru does not gain stacks when in use.

DEMACIAN JUDGEMENT SKILLS

Q. Slicing Order Slices all enemies in the area, dealing 300 true damage to all enemies within range.

W. Warcry Neru screams in a violent rage, gaining a shield that blocks 300 damage for 5 seconds.

E. Advanced tactics Neru lunges forward dealing damage in a straight line. Enemies hit are knocked back and stunned for 1 second.

LORE

While most Demacians stayed in the city or near it, there was a secret of small Demacian mercenaries that are skilled beyond any normal soldier that the world was better off not knowing who they were. They are called 'The Demacian Order'. They were never called upon and they were never allowed to get in contact with anyone, until now. A war between Noxus and Demacia starts, causing chaos and destruction everywhere it took place. While Demacia had no chance of winning, they had no choice but to call upon their most skilled demacian warriors to battle. Among them was a young woman by the name of Neru who only lives to fight. She fights so much to the point she once killed a man with just a few punches. Her reflexes are the best of the best, able to dodge a bullet effortlessly. While most of her kind uses their weapons, she trained herself in bare hand to hand combat, focusing in close up fights rather than pulling out her sword. When she does use her sword, her ability is unmatched.

QUOTES Like every other champion, she has her own quotes and jokes.

"Hey there. how about you come over here so you can kiss my fists?" "Back off buddy. You're not in my league." "That's the best you can do? I can do that in my sleep."

When Demacian Judgement is activated: "I hope your bones aren't made of butter..Oh what I'm saying? They probably are!" "I'm surprised. You managed to make me pull out my sword." "DEMACIAA- cough cough Oh sorry. I got something stuck in my throat."

Passive: Very snowbally, since you are practically screwed when behind and gain free stats when ahead.

Q: Kinda resembles Camilles Q, but without a good reason to wait to recast Q (since the slow is rather low).

**W: ** Doubled damage sounds OP from the get go and the extra MS combined with the Q render the downside meaningless.

E: Sivirs Spellshield only lasts 1.5 sec and yours lasts twice to almost thrice as long, while still giving a buff. Why do you get rewarded (with mana cost and CD reduction) for "wasting" this ability?

R: Riven Ult on steroids? (Even gains abilities close to Riven) "Although most of Demacian warrior's prefer using their swords, she likes to solve everything with her fists."

Lore: Not really lore, but rather advertisement...
