New Champion idea

I had an idea for a new champion: someone with a bo staff who also utilizes the wind. He'd probably be a Fighter/Tank.

His Q would be a gust of wind (or a shockwave of sorts) that would damage enemies while slowing them down a little, or it could even propel allies in the direction of the gust; His W is a dash, capable of passing through units, damaging enemies in a straight line, and giving you a burst in Movement Speed; His E would be a guard/parry. It gives you armor, even if there is nothing to guard against. If it does successfully parry an attack, it knocks the enemy back. His R (ultimate) would be a tornado move, similar to Garen's E, except it would knock enemies into the air. While you're spinning, as long as you remain underneath an enemy (or enemies), they'll stay in the air, taking damaging for duration of the ability. It could be great setup for Yasuo. I imagined these two have good synergy.

Anyway, I like the name Zephyr. What do you think?

How about this:

Melee Range: ~175

Passive: Zephyr gains 2/3/4 (with levels 6/11/16) armor every time an enemy is CC'd, lasting 1.5 seconds.

Q: Zephyr creates a gust of wind in a (250 long, 160 max width) cone in front of him that deals 40/70/100/130/160(+65% bonus AD) physical damage and slows by (20/24/28/32/36)% for 1.5 seconds. Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana Cooldown: 13/12.5/12/11.5/11 seconds Total CC Tally: 1.5 seconds. Total time: ~0.3 seconds cast + 1.5 second slow = ~1.8 seconds

W: Zephyr parries the next attack (within 0.6 seconds, will pause for 0.3 seconds), reducing it's damage by 60% and negating CC. If he successfully parries, he gains 10/12/14/16/18 armor for the next 3 seconds. If he doesn't parry anything, he gains 14/16/18/20/22 armor for the next 2 seconds. If the attack came from an enemy within Zephyr's Melee range, that enemy is knocked back 100 units and Zephyr gains 100 range on his next auto. Cost: 35 mana Cooldown: 12 seconds Total CC tally: knockback time (~0.8 seconds) Total time: 0.3 seconds cast + 0.3 seconds = 0.6 seconds.

E: Zephyr vaults on his pole moving 450 units in a 3-stage attack. Stage 1) prepares to vault (0.5 seconds), giving allies within 180 units 30% bonus movespeed. Stage 2) leaps the distance (0.3 seconds), untargetable and immune to CC. Stage 3) lands, dealing 70/75/80/85/90(+30% bonus AD) physical damage within 120 units (0.4 seconds before he can move again.) Cost: 45 mana Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds Total CC Tally: 0 seconds. Total time: 1.2 seconds

R: Zephyr spins his bo staff, preparing a massive gust of wind (0.4 seconds) before he launches himself 550 units (0.65 seconds), knocking up and carrying enemies he encounters on the way. When he reaches the end he continues spinning his staff for 0.8 seconds, holding the enemies in the air, and then releases them, dealing 200/300/400 (+100% bonus AD) physical damage to them when they land. Cost: 100 mana Cooldown: 180/150/120 seconds Total CC tally: ~0.65 + 0.8 seconds = ~1.45 seconds Total time: 1.85 seconds

Kit is too stale. Not to mention the fact that the ult is the exact same as Wukong's.
