Chroma pack for skins

I got a great idea for a Chroma Pack!

With the new Chroma Packs coming out I love the idea of having one for Eturnum Nocturne, I would LOVE to see a more toned or deeper color for the Chroma pack. I would imagine the Chroma Pack could replace the red on the Eturnum Nocturne skin it would be really cool to have a blue or a green compared to having it be the grey steel material on him. I don't know where the price range would be on a Chroma Pack for that skin but if it does come out I would most definitely pay a full price of a 975 skin for it.
