Riot you need to Buff Kog'maw I suggest giving his q more range to benefit his role as being far away and kiting and giving his E a low cast time like 0.2 secs maybe because most Kog'maw players don't even upgrade it till forced too because it costs too much mana and the cast time is too long to benefit the range it has. There are other things that could potentially buff kog'maw but this would be a step in the right direction.

The biggest problem with Kog'maw is his passive and ult.

As an adc, it would make zero sense for him to be close to the enemies so his passive can actually do damage (and it's not even a lot)

His ult is mainly for ap build, but even then its delay makes it a very bad ultimate.

If Riot change those two things, he will be fine or even stronger than other adcs.

Hello! I m a main kog maw. I think making w to scale partially with the experience level 1-18, instead off just the ability level 1-5, would allow raising w damage damage a bit higher. For example 1, 1.75, 2.5, 3.25, 4 % max hp dmg on w. And then levels give another 4%. So lvl 18 would be 8%, but in the mid game phase around same much dmg as now. Also a tiny tiny buff to range, like from 710 to 720. This would make kog a late game hypercarry, and help just a bit versus dive-meta. I don t think that 5.0 would be good. Maybe a bit more ap scale to ultimate for ap kogs. Pls don t change passive, it is good and compensates early game weakness!
