Possible kit for ceecee the hextech mechanic
I think you all know about ceecee a cancel champion that is a support. One of the thing riot have a problem is finding a unique kit and passive that fit her theme. Here are some suggestion i came up with; note this isnt an all out thread just looking if you guys would be interested in a champion with this kit.
Passive: Hextech work shop

Creation: new items are unlock for her teammate that they can buy and upgrade. These item have active ability once used will need repair. To repair them you need to be in a 300 range of ceecee and it will cost them 100gold.

Tune up: Being in a 300 range of ceecee boost your item stat by 10%.
Q Ability: Hextech gumball
You fire a ball that knock back who ever it hit and explode leaving behind a gooey substance that slow enemy and turn off there minimap for a duration of time.
W Ability: Spring Trap
Place interactive trap that knock people up that stand on it to a targeted location. You can see where the trap are but you need stealth detection to get rid of them.
E Ability: Dual Grappling hook
Fire a hook that attach to a enemy then fire another hook and attach it to anything. After a duration of time they will pull each other together.
- If it a wall the enemy will get stun on impact
- If it another enemy they will get stun and take additional damage for a % of their health
- If it a minion they take damage base on a % of minion health
R Ultimate: HMP Bomb
Fire a bomb to a targeted location that will explode and leave behind an aoe silence field that disable all activating items
