Challenger Games Notification System

Hello guys, so today I was trying to look for some players in challenger playing to watch games and I remembered the old challenger games that were featured in the old client. Then I got an idea that might be cool, what if we could add some challenger players (or another rank) to a "watch list" in the client and every time they would get in a game you would get a notification (like the ones you get when LCS stream starts) to watch it. What do you guys think?
