10 pack of chests??

Will there ever be a 10 pack of discounted hextech chest? I only play aram and weekend specials. So I tend to be lacking on chests. The combos are 22% off and even a free chest and key with the 10 purchase. I would like to see keys and chests offered in sets of 10 with a discount and/or a free chest/key. Though I only see the most benefit and profit from chests since key fragments are amazingly easy to get.

Any thoughts? Am waiting on a 10 chest offer or rp discount before buying rp.
