PRA'ZINTH the Void Parasite
Pra'zinth is a creature from the Void that has many different parasitic abilities. It is capable of both helping and harming others, and it builds itself up from them. Brave explorers have reported for decades about void creatures "overcome with a madness" and throwing themselves off of cliffs to their own deaths or randomly attacking their packs, not knowing Pra'zinth was the cause of it.

Passive - Parasitic Growth: At each level you can latch onto an enemy champion or large monster. This lasts for 2 seconds, and you become invulnerable and untargetable. Permanently gain stats based off of the target's own current stats. At level 5, 10, and 15 you can also latch onto any drake or Baron Nashor.
At levels 1 - 10 gain 10% of the Maximum Health, Attack Damage, Attack Speed, and Ability Power of the target permanently.
At levels 11 - 18 gain 5% of the Maximum Health, Attack Damage, Attack Speed, and Ability Power of the target permanently.
Q - Acid Spray: Pra'zinth sprays acid on opponents in front of it, dealing 175/200/225/260/300 (+50% Ability Power) (+7% Maximum Health) magic damage in a cone over 3 seconds.
W - Symbiosis: Latch onto an ally champion or minion, becoming untargetable while attached. The target gains bonus Health, Attack Damage, and Ability Power based on your own Maximum Health, Attack Damage, and Ability Power (except Super Minions). During this time you can still cast Acid Spray and Blood Drain.
Latching onto an ally champion lasts for 5/6.5/8/9.5/11 seconds, or until they die. Latching onto an ally minion lasts until it dies, and you gain full control over it. Recasting this ability detaches you from the target.
E - Blood Drain: Pra'zinth fires out and stabs the target with an appendage, dealing 80/100/120/140/160 (+30% Ability Power) (+5% Maximum Health) physical damage and healing itself for 50/75/100/125/150 (+25% Ability Power) health.
Using this ability while latched onto an ally champion or minion also heals them for 60% as well.
R - Mind Control: Take control of the target enemy champion for 3.5 seconds, silencing and disarming them during this time. While in control the movement of the enemy champion is slowed when the enemy summoner issues movement commands in the opposite direction of the movement commands you issue.
Recasting this ability will allow you to copy the target's ultimate ability, and any ability cost will be taken out of the target's resource pool.
