Just think about it, the project skins are basically just blackish/grey with a neon color; It would make sense that you would want to change the colors of these project skins, imagine a green Master Yi ski, or a green Yasuo skin!! (I'm sorry i just want a green chroma...) Plus this is good for Rito games cause they will just make more money.

I can agree with the green, but lets not suggest they make money off it. Chromas aren't really worth RP. Hopefully they implement it in the champion masteries at some point, or even the hextech crafting.
